Energy Revolution
INSTALLATION ART - RECYCLED BICYCLE WHEELS & PARTS| 50" X 75" | 2014
The redevelopment spirit of Daniels Corporation in Regent Park inspires the concept of the art piece. The structure is made entirely of actual recycled bicycle parts. The name “Energy Revolution” is symbolic of what is taking place in the new Regent Park - as it draws new life, new people and new energy into the community. It communicates the transition that the area is going through - from old to new, past to present to future.
Peter was commissioned by CECCONI SIMONE / ONi ONE to design this modern art piece. It is installed permanently at One Park Place residentialtower in Regent Park, Toronto. The building has been designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects and build by Daniels Corporation.
