The existing 60's ranch required a complete facelift. The existing breezeway and garage were removed due to structural deficiencies. New elements were built in their place. The breezeway was converted to a sun-room and mudroom components.

The exterior renovations consisted of new cement board siding, the replacement of the tacked-on bay window and new landscaping.

Roof eaves and gables were extended in the vernacular of a mid-century modern home inclusive of the orange door.
