This bathroom renovation was a total tear out of the old and in with the new. The transformation included a new layout with the framing in of a new closet and privacy wall. The existing tub and shower were replaced with a large aesthetically appealing open glass, walk in shower with rain forest shower head. An infloor heating system adds to the comfort of the bathroom. Some of the informed material choices on this project included: a Schluter Waterproof membrane under the tile and shower walls; an Energy Star rated whisper quiet exhaust fan; LED potlights and bulbs; Sherwin Williams "Harmony" no VOC paint; framing lumber was FSC certified. Our clients sourced and provided the tile, vanity and fixtures for the project. The end result is a clean, modern, inviting space and happy clients.
