This project was a full-service interior design endeavor, from new construction through furnishings. Team LYS began the design conception with thoughtful space planning and interior architectural details. Every finish was then thoughtfully designed and detailed, including a variety of locally sourced specialty millwork treatments and custom metalwork features. Space to entertain and relax in all seasons were planned and furnished. A two-story pub with a full bar, metal clad fireplace, and oak ceilings leave guests feeling transported to another place in time. An outdoor living space with a grill station, wood-burning fireplace, and resort-style lounge furnishings spill into the kitchen or poolside.
