The flagship location for the debut fragrance collection from the go-to floral designer for L.A.’s stylish set, Eric Buterbaugh. The mid-century building was previously home to a series of dilapidated, segmented office spaces, but had the underlying bones of what could be an exceptional courtyard space. Working closely with SFA Design and The JRC Group, Ballentine Architects Studio redefined the flow of the building, creating elegant and useful spaces for Events, the Boutique, the Art Gallery, and Office. Each of the spaces has a connection to the renovated Courtyard which brings the spaces together in a unifying expression of the brand. As you walk through from the entry through the space, you are welcomed by the floral fragrances of the landscape which reflect the inspirations of the perfume line.
