Trusting the Process can be uncomfortable when you've never worked with an interior designer before. Our clients had an idea of what they wanted but they were a bit indecisive of what they envisioned. Their sitting room was small, so space planning properly was important. The living room needed to be an area that was comfortable and luxurious. The dining room was once a room for the kids so transforming the room into a full fledge dining room was very emotional because it was an indication that the kids were growing up and no longer had a place to convene on the main level of the house.

The process brought forth many emotions and some anxiety; however, because we understand the emotional connections with your client's sanctuary (home), we do not take it lightly. Due to our ability to empathize with our clients, maintain an open line of communication, along with our rock solid process, our clients put down their guards and began to trust the process.

Finally, we agreed to complete the living and revisit the sitting and dining room at a later date. In an effort to provide our clients with the full design of both the sitting room and dining room, with our clients' permission, we decided to stage the the rooms. To make it a win - win for everyone, we staged both rooms and offered the clients to purchase the items; otherwise, we were willing to pack the items up and remove them. Consequentially, our clients loved everything!
