There are several homes in town (both primary and secondary residences) that Spruce services regularly with similar but still unique projects. In a nutshell, we do what our owners need. We currently handle everything from the check book for all estate expenses (including employing the Property Manager for the maintenance) to wardrobe rotation, meeting contractors and seasonal decorations. Each home and family is unique and special to us.
