Evanston Single Family Home

This project involved a full remodel of a single family home built in the early 1900's. What started as an 1100 square foot home grew to a 5100 square foot home perfect for a growing family. Six bedrooms, five full baths, kitchen, mudroom, living, dining, office, family room and full basement. All work is custom including the molding which was designed to echo the style of the original home. We chose every material and specified every finish being sure to chose products that would appeal to market.
