The Evergreen House Project
Located in the quaint suburbs of Thornhill, this mature building maintains its picturesque charm. With a concrete design and its newly renovated exterior and interior, the Evergreen house has retained the essence of a modern yet traditional design. The exterior and interior preservation of the long-withstanding concrete walls were accomplished using a dry-ice blasting system which allowed a new and modernistic look to reserve its immaculate structure. The unique interior details, designed by ParastooHosseini, provide this home with a one of a kind transformation into a state-of-the-art residence optimal for comfortable living. This innovative building has custom-made features including elegant and still trendy combinations of furniture and flooring, as well as captivating wall and window details. Main furniture pieces was collected from well known MichealAmini’sHollywood swank collection. With the exotic touch of Marmara stone flooring throughout the main restroom, it is without a doubt that this magnificent house was designed for luxury and sustainable living. The extravagant and uniquely decorated foyer provides guests with a delightful and vivid welcoming; using a custom two-story mirror pattern which in a combination with the interior features undoubtedly leaves visitors in awe. A similar design was used in a restroom, including a full-wall mirror with a self-supporting vanity, giving the appearance of free-standing arrangement. The breathtaking master bedroom achieves the greatest degree of privacy, yet provides a beautiful and ample view of the stairwell and living room through the window cover pattern retrieved from the angels of ray lights. As sustainability was the central concept, this enjoyable and experimental project completed, under the supervision of MaziarFarhood(mazifacorp), undoubtedly demonstrates that a traditional household can be redesigned to make a truly extraordinary and dynamic structure.
