Once a 2-car garage, we were able to utilize our expertise in ADU construction from garage floor demo, to permitting, and finally full rebuild. This exquisite sanctuary showcases a harmonious fusion of opulence and functionality, boasting stainless steel appliances that redefine contemporary living. An open floor plan makes it easy to navigate, and the convenience of an in-unit washer dryer means the tenant never has to leave! Our design team decided on a stunning marble-tiled shower, with chevron-pattern floors providing an elegant contrast. Meticulously curated to the owner's desires, this studio exemplifies our unwavering commitment to unrivaled craftsmanship and extreme attention to detail.
