This project consisted of a complete gut and floor plan reconfiguration of this victorian renovation project in the Exeter Village District. A new masonry fireplace was added and spaces opened up to create a more open flowing living concept that allowed natural light to wash over the interior spaces. The Interior detailing played off the existing exterior victorian detailing without mimicking it, bringing the interior feel of the home to a more present era, without loosing its connection to the past.
