For this Flip, we made a general renovation, renewed some things, and finished others. The doors and windows were all replaced by a hurricane rated. In the backyard, the sliding glass door, which previously had 4 panels, gained better visibility with 3 panels and an excellent hurricane resistance index. The best exchange was with the windows, where most were a pair of Single Hung and we installed a single Horizontal Roller window.
