The Fallen Officers Memorial Wall was proudly built by Preferred Builders of North Florida. The wall honors the 62 officers who have died in the line of duty since 1840. An eternal flame mounted on top, is a forever reminder of each officers sacrifice. The 10-foot-high wall proudly stands in front of the Jacksonville VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. Preferred Builders of North Florida, along with the Preferred Group of companies, is Veteran owned and operated with ties to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and Firefighter community. We built this wall with love and we remember those who sacrificed everything while serving and protecting our community every day. This wall is our way of making sure none of these officers will ever be forgotten.
