FALSE CREEK CONDO
The Lim Residence is a renovated False Creek apartment built for an eclectic couple—a doctor and an artist.
The clients love to cook and wanted to feel like their apartment could just as easily be in Paris as False Creek.
Because of the love for cooking, a large kitchen that makes the most of an impressive view became the space around which the rest of the apartment was designed.
The chef-ready kitchen boasts a hidden pantry. In that space, and throughout the flat, we used ceiling detailing, large crown mouldings, unique tiles and stone to create a Parisian feel.
