New 900 square foot family room addition with guest bathroom. The rear covered patio was removed to make room for this great entertaining space. The vaulted ceilings make the space feel even larger. The old tile roof will be removed as part of the addition and the entire home will get a new roof and paint job.

The next project will be a 1300 square foot garage with a guest house.
