This project was aimed at developing a master plan for the entire property. The backyard design incorporated upper and lower entertainment patios with the inclusion of an infinity pool, cabana and boathouse while maintaining the views of Lake Simcoe. The front yard design included a large entry courtyard space, a playground area and a sports court. Consultation and collaboration with the client, township and the LSRCA were necessary to appropriately meet regulation requirements throughout the design. All components of this project were undertaken in consultation with John D Bell Associates.
