While the home had great bones, years of mismatched renovations had created a maze of rooms without any clear purpose or flow. Ogando Design stepped in to create an environment that respected the architectural history of the house while adding the modern touches that the homeowners desired. The second floor was reconfigured for function, flow and aesthetic design, with particular attention paid to the master ensuite. Spaces created included a separate dressing room leading to the master bath, 2nd floor laundry room with storage for off season clothing and a 3rd level storage area created by adding a open stairwell leading to barn doors and exposing original beam.
