Farmhouse on a Budget

My client originally wanted me to repaint the Formica kitchen cabinets. As I looked at the cabinets, I pointed out to her that they really needed to be replaced, as did the white ceramic broken tile on the kitchen floor and the living room carpet.

She told me she knew it all needed to be done but she didn't know where to start first because she only had $20k to spend and she couldn't afford an interior designer to help her. I asked her to send me some reference pictures so that I could tackle these projects within her budget.

The job included new cabinets, vinyl plank flooring throughout, faux wood beams, quartz counter tops, ikea shelf brackets ($4 each), custom built pantry, old up cycled/repainted hutch, reclaimed wood trim, and Home Depot bifold doors painted to look like old barn doors.
