Federal Heights
Do you believe in reincarnation? We do. In it's former life this home might have been considered transitional in style, not quite knowing if it was modern or traditional, contemporary or industrial. It was stuck in a state of limbo.
Then its new owner requested minimal. We're talking Swiss-German minimal. Which isn't so easy to do with a remodel that's not already staunchly minimal. The solution was to gut the interior, manipulate the existing structure, and finagle the plumbing, HVAC, and electical so that it all looked effortless... like it was born that way... or reborn, on a higher plane, knowing it's identity with precision.
