Project was a full renovation of a 1970's lakefront home in lower Michigan. The home had extensive water damage and was completely renovated and remodeled on the interior. The kitchen was moved from the upper level to the lower level and the floor removed where the previously existing kitchen had been located to create a balcony and two story volume at the new kitchen. Exterior improvements included new windows, doors, siding, and deck renovation.
