This is a custom designed and built bathroom vanity, medicine cabinet and LivingStone countertop, built by master craftsmen here at Hilsinger Woodworking and Design. We are starting to design and build some truly unique pieces of cabinetry for the various shows we will be attending this spring and summer. In the past we have put up for sale these beautiful pieces of cabinetry after the shows and sold them at reduced prices. This year we are a little ahead of schedule and have decided to post a piece before the show.
This is furniture grade cabinetry that is expertly crafted and perfectly finished. The wood is a unique and rare figured Cherry that will slowly continue to patina bringing out the natural beauty in the wood as it ages. This piece was designed and built to follow the bold yet simple lines of the mission, arts and crafts, bungalow and craftsman style. All the woodwork is finished with General Finishes professional water based Clear Poly. The medicine cabinet has 6 adjustable glass shelves with polished edges (not shown in photo). All the hinges are adjustable European hinges with the soft close feature. As you will see, there isn’t knobs or pulls on the cabinet doors, this is intentional to allow you the client to decide the door hardware you would like, we would be happy to order whatever you like and install them for you. The faucet is a Delta Celice in Venetian Bronze finish. The countertop is 100% acrylic solid surface also fabricated by Hilsinger Woodworking and Design and comes with a 15 year warranty from LivingStone Solid Surface. The color name is Volcanic Ash, it features a seamless under mount sink and it is polished to a semi-gloss finish.
