We gutted half of this house after a large fire. The entrance, living, dining and kitchen were completely replaced with all new materials. The bedrooms, baths, and closets all needed standard smoke/water damage related treatment. Then the whole house was primed and painted. New hardwood, tile, and carpet finished it off nicely.
