This client, an interior design professional, approached Hillcrest Construction to execute a project design at their rental property in Delaware County. Acting as a phase 1 to a multi-phase project that will end up being the client's primary home in the future, this project included a small addition to make room for the expanded kitchen, structural rework through to abandon the 1950s segmented floor plan in exchange for a contemporary open floor plan, an expanded full bath off the hallway, and new finishes throughout.
