First Time Homeowners Renovate Two Baths

Two friends of mine recently purchased their first home in Dix Hills, NY. The house has a ton of character and charm. The only immediate problem was the bathrooms. The house was built in the 1960s, and that was the last time the bathrooms were updated. They opted to renovated both bathrooms right away before moving in.

For the Master bathroom, they opted to go with a dark brown vanity and paired it with tan under tones in the tile and granite counter top.

For the hall bath, they wanted to go a little more trendy and used all grays. The vanity is a dark, opaque gray color by Kemper Cabinets. The tile, granite and shiny chrome fixtures finish this bathroom beautifully.
