When this customers water heater pipes failed the entire basement was flooded. The first 60 gallons were scolding hot , which buckled the platon underlay

I know ! Flood damage job.. After the insurance company quote . I did extra's for this customer. Previously plastered , and unfinished ceilings were sanded and 2 nd coat plastered before finish painting.

Platon is laid, and of course after installing a partial section of flooring . The stock flooring must be shifted.
