Flush Beam Structural Wall Removal
Previous renovation had a section of structural wall removed incorrectly. Upper floor was hanging and in danger of collapse. Custom I-beams were loaded through to the basement and flush mounted into existing joists. Custom 2-sided cabinetry was installed as a kitchen/dining-room partition.

Jack posts were hidden inside minimalist drywall columns at each end of the dividing cabinets. A six foot tall radiator was installed at the far end.
