This project's goal was to enhance the living area which was leading off the kitchen. We had already designed and installed a bar and kitchenette in the lower level as well as a wine room and theater room. The homeowner wished to sell, he had his home on the market for a year and a half with no results. Shortly after we completed all of the upgrades he found a buyer and closed quite quickly. Here we would like to show the project as it progressed.
