Adding a small amount of space to the kitchen, we were able to add the laundry space into the kitchen, but we were able to conceal it behind the bi-fold cabinet doors. This gave our client exactly what they were looking for, better function and storage, while still retaining the charm of a small kitchen of their craftsman's house. Adding the small island counter allowed them a great spot for morning coffee and gathering spot for when they entertained.
