We added the two windows and lower built-ins in this space to offer light and storage. The only structural beam was in the center of the space so we added two additional faux beams and covered them in a reclaimed wood to give the space a balanced and aged look. Fit for the character of the home.

Symmetry. The island and ceiling detail all help to frame the range area as the main focal of the kitchen.
