This house was originally a Ford family home in the Ypsilanti area. The ceilings throughout the house are all beautifully decorated with ornamental plaster. This medallion was severely damaged and in danger of falling. Floor boards were removed above the medallion and with the addition of acrylics and new plaster the medallion was re-attached to the ceiling.
