The objective of this renovation project was to completely remodel a tired old kitchen and dining room area to create a nice, clean, and open design. A large, functional, island serves as the kitchen's focal point. The space was completely gutted an restarted from the ground up.
We elevated the dishwasher to make it comfortable to use as the clients entered retirement. All drawer boxes were solid wood, with a dovetail construction, and full extension hardware.
The island served both as a an eating and socializing space as well as a home office for the client, and featured a build in printer. A television was also built into the upper cabinets. The placement of the island radius allowed the client to sit in comfort while looking at an amazing view through a large picture window.
The kitchen features contrasting wood grain and white cabinets, contrasting quartz countertops, under cabinet lighting, and stainless steel appliances.
