This lakefront residence needed a major facelift. First we removed the second story, all rotted decks & the badly damaged low-slope roof. Then we added Master Suite & Garage additions to the south end of the home. After removing the second floor we vaulted the Living Room and installed a wall of windows to create a huge Great Room with incredible lake views, and reintroduced a high-slope roof with dormers to the second floor open space.
