1st Build for our subcontractor in the new year. No one would have taken this project as the first job of the year. This project came with complications due to needing to load lumber out of containers every morning.

We did the framing and will be doing a $27,000 Fiberglass roof deck on top for this project.

We were only hired for the frame and roof deck, but the client wanted to be in charge of the project and didn't know how to read blueprints or deal with inspectors. We helped the client to successfully complete this task.

We have never had an issue with permits or passing inspection in 33 years.
