We worked again with Build Seattle to create two schemes for these three townhomes in Fremont, Seattle. Amidst a boom of new construction, the exterior finishes, brick and deep colors, bring an aged sophistication to the property. The high contrast interior finishes look back to the architecture with a minimal palette.
