Top left is rendered image of home theatre. All of the other key pieces are shown here. The Hollywood lights and vintage movie posters set the stage for home theatre, making it a true experience. This room doubles as a home office.

Rendered images of the living room. We picked an L- shaped sofa in a performance linen to withstand dogs and visitors alike. Added a lot of texture in the area rug and added an oversized antiqued mirror over the mantle.

The master bedroom floor plan, had ample room for seating by the french doors that open up to the lake. We added a lot more storage and pendant lights over the nightstands to clear space.
