World-Renowned Architecture Firm, Fratantoni Design, created this beautiful French Villa Home!

This home features a grand living room with a custom wet bar and carved stone fireplace, and a shabby-chic kitchen with dual marble islands and antique-finish cabinetry. The Master Suite includes a romantic fireplace, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and elegant window treatments. Three guest bedrooms provide comfort and style. The front courtyard welcomes you with stunning entryways, patio seating, and a wrought-iron framed fireplace. Outdoors, enjoy a pergola-covered lounge, mosaic-tiled pool, and rooftop dining terrace perfect for entertaining.

Introducing the French Villa entryway with a custom chandelier design and mosaic tile floor. Detailed with decorative millwork and arched ceilings, the space leads to Double French doors open to a manicured view, while a sweeping staircase and sculptural details add refinement to the space.

It features custom curved stairs, marble and wood flooring, custom molding & millwork, and vaulted ceilings which we adore! Decorative archways frame a striking red grand piano set on polished marble flooring, offering a focal point that balances luxury with artistic flair.

This kitchen showcases a stunning array of lighting fixtures, from the oversized pendant lights above the islands, to the subtle recessed ceiling lights. Together, they highlight the rich textures of the vaulted brick ceiling and add depth, warmth, and sophistication to the space.
