As homeowners of this new build the family had a lot going on. Between moving to a new state, two young children, and boxes they didn't know where to start. This family needed kid friendly and durable pieces, but also wanted light and bright furnishings.

Just moving into a new home this family was overwhelmed with boxes and had no clue what to put in the new space. Having a new baby and a toddler always makes the moving process more overwhelming. This family needed kid friendly and durable pieces, but also wanted light and bright furnishings.

Entry Way- Before

This front entry opens up to the living room and home office. By adding this Rowe bench it gives storage and a place to put on shoes. The indoor outdoor rug was added to protect the floor and provide more color in the space. Finally the space is topped off with a colorful reclaimed mirror.

This living room was finished with a Norwalk Linkin Sofa and Sally Swivel Chairs. To bring more color John Thomas end tables were added along with a Surya rug. The rug is outdoor safe to ensure easier cleaning.

To keep the walkway open we added a large piece of art. This provides color and a place for the eye to concentrate.

This console provides a place to store TV components. However, the eye looks at the table top accessories added for a color pop and a to show off family photos. The additional baskets also add storage for children toys, while hiding any clutter.

This living room was finished with a Norwalk Linkin Sofa and Sally Swivel Chairs. To bring more color John Thomas end tables where added along with a Surya rug. The color flows into the dining room with the addition of the blue framed art. And then jumps over with paint in the sunroom.

To bring color to the living room the Norwalk Sally Swivel Chairs were upholstered in a light blue fabric. to compliment the Surya rug. The console was added to store TV components, but also doubles as a place for table top accessories and storage for children toys.

With all the windows the sunroom needed to stay light and bright. The Monaco sofa paired with the Carlyn Swivel Glider by Rowe Furniture make for an inviting space. The Moxie storage stools add a pop of color while also adding storage.

Adding a lighter rug makes the dining table stand out from the dark flooring. The surya rug is outdoor safe to ensure easier cleaning. The sconces help to full the wall and balance out the blue framed artwork.
