What a transformation! The front of this home received quite the face lift. We removed all of the old siding, railings, flooring, garage doors, and main entry door. We installed a beautiful craftsman style door and sidelights along with matching craftsman style garage doors. We wired up the soffit areas for LED lighting to accent the front porch and garage doors. We also added stair lighting to the rear stairwell. The front didn't have window trim surrounds originally so we added new composite window surrounds with integrated siding channels. We sided the home with CertainTeed Cedar Impressions Driftwood Blend and after installing a gorgeous picture framed Azek porch floor, we installed a classic white composite rail system. New exterior ceiling fans were installed along with some great craftsman style coach lights. The project was finished off by painting the wood columns and trim a fresh coat of white and the porch beaded ceiling a beautiful "Haint" blue.
