This is what we started with.... This 1970s house needed to lose the brick, change the porch columns, revamp the light fixtures, replace the front door, enlarge the windows, replace the siding, and take down the "rope" fence along the walkway...

New window on its way... Note the porch columns have been rebuilt and the beadboard and recessed lighting are up!

At this point during the concrete stain, I panicked.... That's looking REALLY orange! Everything I'd read said not to be alarmed by the color at first....
