Whole property renovation and extensions. The property was split into 2 flats and untouched for over 50 years and in an unliveable condition.

We completed the design and build of this project - completing a planning application to convert the property back into 1 family dwelling complete with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a garden annex complete with livign space & bathroom.

The property size was doubled from 1400sqft to 2800sqft.
