Full Custom Remodel!

Complete remodel of a condo that was in its original state from 1980's and was not taken care of. All flooring, kitchen and bath fixtures, sinks, toilets, cabinets, lighting, windows - everything needed to be replaced. (See BEFORE pics to see the dramatic changes!)

Kitchen - used to have a pass through wall here

Informal dining area with new base molding, windows, flooring, lighting, wall was repaired after removing mirrored wall. Partial wall taken out to open up the space and have better visibility from the kitchen to informal living/dining area.

Kitchen

Bill also installed all windows. He will also mount tvs and lighting upon request which will be added to the estimate or as a change order - however he is fair and extremely thorough and talented!

Custom tile inlay in stairs! I love it!

Custom Stairs

Bill installed the raised hearth that was originally flush. He was able to save the existing mantle and chose base moulding that complimented it and the design.

Vinyl flooring throughout - long lasting and durable! Was able to paint the existing doors and stair rail to save money!

Suggested accent wall to create depth in the room.

Everything in the bathrooms is new and installed by Bill and his subcontractors.

Guest Bath

Hung this mirror, which is about $150+ pounds. It also shows how opening up the kitchen created a more expansive space.

Created an Open Floor Plan

Many great suggestions here as the original shower was an acrylic step up and down in tub/shower - very dated! Bill suggested that the door swing both ways and the water control is just inside the door in the wall.

Master Bath

Better able to see the two tones of paint. Also, this wall was originally mirrored closet doors. He framed them in and access to the closet is in the Master Bath now.

Formal living and dining space. He installed all of the surround for all windows and sliders. Super professional!
