Chicago Georgian spec rehab home that we ended up with a great layout on the second floor. The original 2nd level was tight and included a makeshift roof deck and only 1 bathroom. By re-aligning the layout we were able to add a 2nd bathroom and create a master bedroom space that was perfect for our original buyers.
