This was a large project encompassing an entire home renovation (3 Bedroom, 2 Bath) with 2 detached Casitas located in Concord, California.

Renovation consisted of a full demolition of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.

STRUCTURAL- Demo, framing, drywall, mud, tape and texture.
FLOORING- All new throughout.
DRYWALL & PAINT- New drywall throughout, full interior paint, full exterior paint and new trim throughout including baseboards, casings and crown.
FIREPLACE- White washed
ELECTRICAL- Bring to code with all new wiring and recessed lighting throughout.
PLUMBING- Bring to code and upgrade plumbing as necessary.
COUNTERTOPS & TILE- Custom countertops were selected by our client, fabricated and installed by our team. New tile backsplash as well as tiling in all bathrooms.
FIXTURES- All new finish trim was installed (plumbing/electrical/mechanical).
