Full house renovation
Downstairs main area:
Veron Builders smooth coated all walls and opened up the kitchen to the living room layout for an open feeling and more natural light.
We torn out walls and inserted a steel beam to keep the structure of the house stable.
The kitchen area got completely reconfigured. Our team installed all new kitchen cabinets and countertops. The island received a modern waterfall countertop. Which gives the kitchen a special atmosphere. The slate black appliances are matching the rest of the black and white look of the heart of the home.
The main floor of the full house renovation got all new windows and all new doors which automatically improves home comfort. As well as all new lightening. The new light is more energy efficient and provides a better incidence of light in the main area of the house.
The original backslide door got replaced with a window to receive more space in the living room area. Veron Builders moved the porch door to a smaller wall abutting to the kitchen.
The excellent cherry wood floor got refinished by a custom stain picked by Veron Builders. Which matches with the rest of the modern look of the full house renovation.
On the fire place we kept the original brick and style. We repainted the brick to give it a face lift to keep up with the design in the rest of the house. We integrated a new matte black door and the fire place is ready for some cold winter days.
Part 2
The beams got wrapped with a black metallic vinyl car wrap to change the appearance of wood to metal without adding new metal structural beams and posts to match the metal floating stair system.
The floating stair case is known for no supports between the treads with the illusion that they have floating steps. The system, designed and installed by Veron Builders, got fabricated to be wrapped around the structural post to maximize the treat length and eliminate the obstacle of a wide stair case. As well as we put the lower railing underneath the stairs to save space. The modern floating staircase is popular in homes where there is a desire to create a real wow-factor.
The chandelier features layered rows of faceted glass prisms from a rustic iron frame which shine in the open house layout like wonderful crystals.
The upstairs:
The Master bedroom layout got completely reconfigured to accommodate the refinished bathroom and master closet. A custom white bathroom door and a master closet barn door are one of the main details in the refinished bedroom.
On the upper level, Veron Builders installed all new lightening and windows.
We shifted the windows and framed it up completely new, to gain more space in the master bathroom, to add a bathtub and a freestanding tub filler. Veron Builders reran all new plumbing in the master bathroom and created a curb-less shower pan. The shower includes a convenient niche to keep shampoo bottles from cluttering the floor. We used octagon tile and grey rough unfinished concrete looking tile to give the bathroom another modern touch. The metal mirrors match the matte black faucets and they harmonize with the little decorative custom shelves and the vanity lights.
For the master closet, took our team space from the 4th bedroom which got converted into an office area. By reframing, we gained more space for the closet and we added some convenient custom organization inserts.
All the bedrooms upstairs received a grey, timeless and soft carpet. Which is stain and grease resistant. As well as new trim and baseboards to keep up with the modernization in the house. We kept the built-in closets and updated the doors.
In the guest bathroom Veron Builders took out a room divider to get more space for a his and her sink. The special feature black toilet matches the black and white natural marble tile. Another detail in the refinished bathroom are the Cristal vanity lights and the matte black waterfall faucets. The bathtub got equipped with a barn door looking shower door, to be able to use as a shower, too.
