Our client had a seldom used attic that was being used for storage and had little function. This space extended over the garage of this home and had an unique configurement. We started with new floors, paint and updated the ceilings exposed beams. The kitchen + bathroom and laundry have made this a space that is highly functional with comfortable seating that takes advantage of the large windows and natural light.
