Our client had a limited budget and inherited a number of items with the purchase of this mountain townhome. They wanted to enjoy the space on a monthly basis and rent it on the short term market when not in use.

The goal was a soft update, easy maintenance and a design that would appeal to the millennial marketplace while generating a profit from rental income.
