Beautiful location but very overgrown garden with few flowers and no fence, so a deer problem. No place that was flat to sit or entertain. Unable to access forest behind garden that is a part of the property. No paths or eye catching center to the garden. Little fall color and nothing of interest in the winter months. Now we have an all year round lovely spot.
