Kitchen was formerly a dining room and therefore needed all new wiring and plumbing for the reconfiguration. The cabinets are custom from a local wood craftman Robert Howard. The countertops are soapstone with a reclaimed wood
island. In the bathrooms the flooring is Home Depot tile with reclaimed wood vanities. 3x6 subway tiles were also used in the kitchen and bath.
