Georgetown was an existing two-story house, in West University Place, with a separate master suite over the garage. 550 square feet were added to unify the second floor and to enlarge some of the living spaces on the first floor. A private bathroom was added to all the secondary bedrooms. The master bath and closet were enlarged, and the first floor was opened up to the living and breakfast areas.
