This backyard had and existing patio with a seat wall and grilling station but the client wanted to add an inground pool and spa for use in all seasons. They were concerned about privacy for their space as well. We also had to move the wires that service the home as they ran right through the space we used for the pool. The resulting project included a pool featuring a Cover Pools automatic pool cover and dual seating benches around the stairs. The Caldera Marino spa was built into a concrete block surround to match the existing seat walls and pillars. For privacy a Cedar landscape screen was added behind the seat wall and along the property line.
